General Refund Terms
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to MNP Travels LLP. The date of receipt of the written cancellation request will be considered the cancellation date for the purpose of calculating the applicable refund.
Refund Schedule
The following schedule applies to the date of cancellation relative to the scheduled departure/service date:

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited. The original payment mode with in 5-7 days
Detailed Deductions

10% Deductible (61 days or more): For cancellations received 61 days or more prior to the departure/service date, 10% of the total booking value will be deducted as administrative and processing fees, and the remaining 90% will be refunded.

50% Deductible (31 to 60 days): For cancellations received between 31 and 60 days prior to the departure/service date, 50% of the total booking value will be retained, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

No Refund (30 days or less): For cancellations received 30 days or less prior to the departure/service date, 100% of the total booking value will be retained, resulting in no refund.

Third-Party Supplier Policies: Please note that certain components of your booking (e.g., specific flights, hotel rooms, or activities) may be subject to the stricter, non-refundable policies of third-party suppliers. In such cases, MNP Travels LLP will adhere to the supplier's policy, and the refund amount may be less than stated above.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will typically be processed within [Insert Number, e.g., 14 to 21] business days from the date of approval.

Force Majeure: This policy may be superseded by specific terms and conditions outlined in your booking agreement regarding cancellations due to events beyond MNP Travels LLP's control (Force Majeure).
